As part of a pilot with MGM , we have been chosen to have access to their patient booking and appointment management software. We have been asked by MGM to ask their patients (new or existing) if they would be interested in using this software. This software will replace the usual process of getting a patient's account details to book an appointment and having to call them back to confirm or cancel. The idea is that it will streamline the booking process and enable appointment changes by the patient with less time taken up by telephone calls back and forth.
